This customer contacted us due to a broken fiber in their network cabinet that fed the audio feed to the sound stage in their concert venue out back.

Solutions provided:

Our technician provided the expertise to understand their problem and would discover additional resources they currently had to resolve the issue quickly. At first glance he discovered they had a spare fiber with a female connector on it. Once the connector was removed this existing strand could be used and was able to get their video feed across the fiber back up immediately. This tool all the pressure off the tech to fix the broken strand by fusion splicing it and adding heat shrink wraps for durability.
