Why did the customer contact us?

The client contacted us regarding a fiber issue up to the 19th floor where the network center that controls the lighting system on the rotating ball is located.

Solutions provided:

Our techs repaired 2 strands of fiber optic cable from the basement to the 19th floor. Then we tested and certified them to ensure everything was working properly. This gave the customer a new network connection on some old, damaged fiber cables.

Clint was given the opportunity to go out on the deck of the tower. He got to see a new and beautiful view of Dallas. Cool experiences like this are one of the best parts of our jobs! We love getting to see and do new things that we might not get to otherwise.
